I used them as a property management service for over seven years. In that entire time, my house was only vacant for 3 months. Recently I just retired from the Army so I decided to sell my house. Even though I knew nothing about selling a house it was a pleasant experience. I have been with them so long that I have interacted with Milton, Jennifer, and Lawanda and they were ALWAYS very professional. Dealing with covid-19 made me nervous about the whole process but they were able to get me over every hurdle that arised along the way. Job well done. Best wishes to you all!

The rental side of this company was awesome. They kept my home rented and maintained. When I decided to sell my home was when I encountered the worst service I've ever had. The realtor stated that he was one of the brokers(I hope not!!). He was more concerned about how much I owed on my home instead of how much I wanted to sell my home for. I didn't feel this was any of his business. I only wanted him to do the comps and give me his suggestion on a list price for my home. When I told him this the next thing I know he called to say they would not list my property. I had already decided not to use them but I have never had worse service. It was just aweful.

This company took care of our home for over the years ,renting it out and taking care of repairs. They were great and kept in touch with us for anything and every thing that concerns the property . they also sold our house when we decided we would not be moving back to N C. we got a great price for it. We would recommend this company with the highest trust for your property. And thank you Mr. Aguilar, for always being there for my family you always answered all our questions about the property and how we should do things with it , so it would stay rented.because we knew nothing about renting out anything. THANK ALL OF YOU AGAIN.

I rented from this company the people here are nice but I had a problem with the secondary party it was nonstop problems. The realtor was good at relaying messages when I would tell them about problem I was having. I was discriminated against by the secondary party. I'm Mexicanand in my family three of us drive but I have 4 cars two are mine and the others are my mothers. Well long story short we supposedly had 4 family living in my rental house. Plus the secondary party didn't want to fix nothing Never rent the house off Stoney Point big thumbs down on the owner

Worst rental service I have ever incountered. The front desk was always forgetting absolutely everything. It took them 10months to fix the lock on my door and put a billion and one excuses. There were work orders I put in that were never checked on and they always blamed in on the maintaines guys but I’m pretty sure they are so disorganized that they would forget. When I deployed I checked on the adress I was leaving behind for my deposit 3 times to make sure they had the correct one. 2 months later they still hadn’t sent my deposit. When I got a family member to call. They lied and said they had my old adress. I had checked on it 3times... how are you going to lie. But anyways. My family Member gave them her adress and one month and a half later from that... still no deposit. I can’t tell
