Town & Country Apartments

MICA is very polite and always helped me. Her manager is a nice lady as well. MICA was who I originally met when I signed my lease and is the reason I decided to move there at the time due to her respect. I do business with people and places that treat me how I treat others and that exactly what she did which is extremely rare in the world. Maintenance requests are extremely fast they try really hard to involve the community in fun things as well. For any college student or adult looking to have a safe space to call a second home I recommend this place. -Jordan

I just want to commend your office manager April Cruz on helping me find an apt. Iwas coming from out of town and after looking and looking and looking online. She got a hold of me and helped me get into an apt. Definitely made it smooth to get into an apt.

I moved out of my apartment and it’s been two months i been calling the office asking about my deposit money they been giving me the runaround saying it’s not up to them it’s up to corporate so I asked for corporate phone number they said they couldn’t give me the number. Then they said they would send me a letter in the mail without asking for a address then they said they sent a letter to the apartment complex there but someone lives in my old apartment so they can’t go in the mailbox so question where is my deposit money because my apartment was left clean and in good condition. Someone need to help me get my deposit money back! Someone be aware of this with town and country apartments!

I am new to the area and I have enjoyed living at these apartments, the office ladies are very nice and helpful, they have the best maintenance team that answer and help out incredibly fast, but my favorite part about living here is that it feels very safe.

Moved into Town and Country Apartments in December and have had a wonderful experience since then! The initial move in process was great. All questions answered and plenty of information provided. We have always had any maintenance issues repaired quickly and efficiently! The front office staff is amazing and so helpful with any questions we may have. Super pet friendly and even doggy stations with bags and a trash can throughout! Plenty of community events are held suitable for families, college students, and really anyone living in the apartments to attend. We have not had any issues with safety being here and the area is relatively quiet. Super close to ULM’s campus, grocery stores, and restaurants, all while not feeling on top of everything.
