Town & Country Apartments

April at Town & Country was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was clear and stress-free. Her professionalism is top-tier, but what really stood out was her warm personality and positive energy...you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. On top of that, she’s naturally beautiful and carries herself with so much confidence and grace that it immediately puts you at ease. April made the entire experience pleasant and memorable, and Town & Country is very lucky to have someone like her.

I have been here for over a year living in an efficiency which is quite large in fact. The neighbors are quiet, mind to themselves, but are friendly. Management is responsive and I have had no serious issues. The location is ideal: close to work, an H.E.B. beside the complex, situated in an excellent neighborhood. I like it here.

They deserve 0 stars these are the worst apartments ever my mom had and apartment here and the whole time I was pregnant there was black mold all over the walls water leaking thought the walls sewer water our ceiling fell in the mirror fell on my little sister and they die nothing I moved into my own apartment here thinking it would be better WORST DECISION my ac was out the whole 7-9 of my pregnancy since the day we moved in ( IN SUMMER)they didn’t nothing about it didn’t even have a maintenance man our toilets all on the back side of the apartments were clogged for weeks and they did nothing roaches rats this ain’t even all of it IT WAS THE WORSE MISTAKE MOVING HERE (pics r the apartment under me my newborn now 5 month old had to breathe all this in and they did nothing
