Quite , well maintained , nice rec hall and pool. Easy to call it home. I feel safe here.

Plumbing is a property wide issue. I moved in and 4 weeks later a puddle formed in my l/r. The hoa (joke in and of itself) sent the WORST plumber in St. Pete, known thieves, they contract with Peter The Plumber (they are on property EVERY DAY). It is now December. No l/r flooring (they ripped up my brand new laminate) just a slab of concrete. A 2' x 3' hole in bathroom where they cut in to boot leaking pipe. Never cleaned up. Dirt, wall fragments and metal shavings left all over my bathroom. It is still not fixed, just a hole where a wall used to be. Run as fast as you can away from this place.

Bob Hudgins with Holfacker Realty.was wonderful to work with. He is very personable and professional. He answered our questions and processed all paperwork promptly. It was a pleasure meeting and working with him.

It's nice elderly people complex. Tenants seem to be pretty friendly while I was there. Some units have one or two bedrooms and they are two story buildings.

Wide range of HOA has kept is from becoming owners here. Also mngment folks are known to cause headaches to current residents.
