Towers at Wyncote Apartments

I really enjoyed touring the Towers at Wyncote Apartments this past weekend. Everyone in the leasing office was great, down to earth and informative as well (Maurice, Candice, Kayla). The leasing center is nice and cozy. Spacious and it gives mini resort vibes with all of the amenities and convenience of everything. Kayla was kind, professional and a welcoming tour guide! She showed my friend and I multiple 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom units within all 3 towers + the great amenities. All were nice options and there’s something that I like/appreciate in all of the options that we saw. The property is well maintained, quiet and pretty communal based on what I observed. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful at every step, from answering my questions to providing video tours and walking me through the application details. Even when my plans changed, she handled everything with understanding and professionalism. I truly appreciated her support and clear communication. I'm so very pleased to say how wonderful our Lead Maintenance Department Head Mr. Joe Cooper is! Today he made it possible to dig out my car stuck on mounds of ice. Joe shoveled, put down a large amount of salt by my new tires then pushed my Chrysler 200 out of that deep ice! What a great relief it was. Joe Cooper went **ABOVE AND BEYOND to enable my car to be driven thankfully. The entire Maintenance Department at The TOWERS AT WYNCOTE IS FANTASTIC. I'm in building 3 and Tim is so AMAZING always. I'm so very happy to be living in my beautiful 9th floor apartment with the most fabulous view at sunset every day of the year. Again thank you to Joe Cooper for being my HERO!

As soon as we walked into the leasing office, at the Lindy Gated Community, we felt a calm, relax and welcoming feeling. My husband and I came to check on a 1 bedroom unit for my son and daughter-in-law who will be relocating from Portland OR. We were greeted with a hello, and a welcoming smile from the lady at the front desk. We supposedly had an appt at 1pm and was told that there was not an appt set up for us. However, she had us wait a little while and fill out a form and told us that she will have someone take care of us. We met with Andre Walker, who sat with us and explained everything in such a pleasant and professional manner. He showed us 3 different units, and answered all my husbands questions.
