Towering Pines Luxury Apartments

Moved here in December. This place has been amazing from management to maintenance! They are fantastic with keeping up the property. If anyone is looking to rent would highly recommend this place!

I just moved in a week ago and love quiet and peaceful nights and mornings. I hate that I leave so early in the morning for work while all the others are still sleeping 😔 I'm an untrained tenant and enjoy the pups living their lives in comfort and warmth.. Even the two pups that love to hate each other 😁😂

I moved into these apartments on short notice. The property manager was easy to work with and communicative. I really enjoyed living out of the city, yet close enough to necessities. For an outdoor person, there are so many trails to walk and explore right outside of your door. I had no issues with my neighbors, snow removal or maintenance. The in-unit laundry was super helpful to have as well. Had my offer not been accepted on the home I was interested in, I would have not hesitated to continue to rent from this location.

This company is very professional and easy to work with. They lay everything out nicely for you regarding the application and move-in process and are always willing to help and answer questions. The property manager is friendly and enjoyable to talk with, and there is really nothing I can complain about at this point. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Chantal is the sweetest property manager I have ever worked with! I’m moving from CA to Wausau in June and she went above and beyond to help me see the property and show the beauty in the units and views! She did/is doing everything in her power to stay connected with me through the process and explains everything in detail. She answers all my questions and even takes the time to find out more information and get it to me asap! I’m so excited to live here and start a new life with my little family!❤️❤️❤️
