Small privately owned property. Property manager is amazing whenever something is wrong in your apartment, and you let them know it's fixed the same week. Usually, a repair person for what you need looks at what's messed up the next day then come back to fix it either later that day or the following days. Monthly pest control. Assigned parking and the neighborhood as 24/4 security. Pet friendly with beautiful pool, and gazebo. There landscaping is amazing and is taken care of every week on Thursdays.
I really love this property a lot! Everything is so beautiful and so quiet. The pool area is so beautiful. Laura is so amazing! I love these 🥰♥️
