Its amazing apartment. You just need to walk just five minutes to vibrant Downtown Plano, where you'll find unique shops, restaurants, galleries, and event venues. And they have a new great property management too!

The layout is spacious and well-designed, with good natural light. Maintenance is done pretty quick.The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient with local shops.

Good quiet place, good restaurants at walkable distance and very close to freeways, apartments are clean and in good shape, very new apartments in plano downtown and very affordable rents compared to others that we saw.

Beautiful apartments, yet terrible communication and unprofessional host. Scheduled an appointment (after much difficulty with getting a hold of the agent) then was canceled on as I approached the building minutes before our agreed upon appointment. Toured eventually, after rescheduling and the vibe was very off about the community. Very selective and particular about clients, does not hold eye contact when speaking about details around lease. Honestly, don’t bother just keep driving. “The grass only looks greener since it’s just paint.”

Very nice apartments. The management team there is great! Amazing customer service. Overall I am very happy with my experience here. I will definitely recommend to others.
