Touchstone Place Apartments

If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would. The apartments themselves aren’t bad. But you pay almost $1,500/month for 2b2ba but almost no amenities. You get a playground and that’s about it. No on site property management. Our unit was far less than impressed with the apartment manager Amanda. We were on a lower level with only 3 adults living here. We were placed in a unit directly under a family of SIX. Yes SIX PEOPLE living in a top level 2 bed unit. Which is against the law by the way. From February-march they had 7 people living in their unit and from November-match they had an additional adult staying with them who originally wasn’t on their lease. Something broken and needs fixing? Too bad! Try to voice any issues you have as a tenant, get hung up on. Don’t trust the 5 star obviously paid for review, I mean who takes multiple pictures from the best possible angle for reviews with a layout lol. They will try to steal your money. They claim they can change the lease at whim if they give notice but they’ll claim they notified you by posting something to your door with 0 method of verifying. Essentially they can and will try to charge you for things you’re not guilty of without proof then be rude about it. Besides it’s overpriced for what it offers. You can find something better elsewhere.

No on site property management, which the property management sucks so not sure if that’d be a benefit. I implore you to look anywhere else. Compare prices for amenities to other apartments for rent and you’ll understand why they’re trying to offer rent deals for the first couple months, because they are not worth what they are trying to charge and will get you to pay way more than you should in the long run. Very shady business.
