I’ve been in real estate here in Florida for over 20 years. I’m not new to the game, and I’m not easily impressed but I always give folks a chance. I found Daniel’s channel while digging through YouTube for perspectives on the market and communication in deals. What threw me off was how he brands himself as all about communication and connection, but the moment I asked a legit question on one of his videos, I got no response and shortly after, I was unsubscribed. No warning, no explanation. (Yes, I’ve got screenshots.) I’m leaving this review here because there’s literally no place else to do it. Co-signing Solomon’s experience. Daniel’s communication and follow-through weren’t what was promised. Disappointing, especially from someone selling himself as a connector.
