Stacy Kandel from Total Community Management is the best of the best! Stacy helped us tremendously during the entire process of selling the Co-op. She was always prompt and professional whenever we needed her assistance. Her communication skills are outstanding and would highly recommend her services .

I have reported a serious door issue in my apartment building since August. The door does not close or seal properly and presents security, heating, and fire safety concerns. Management installed a temporary lock in August that did not fix the problem and, nearly six months later, no permanent repair or replacement has been completed. I followed up multiple times, including a formal written notice citing applicable safety and habitability requirements. Despite acknowledgments, no timeline or resolution has been provided. The issue has been consistently redirected rather than addressed. This experience reflects poor follow-through and a lack of effective property management. I would not recommend based on responsiveness or attention to tenant safety.

I am a homeowner in a community in Amityville that is managed by Total Community Management. We have had the pleasure of being represented by Stacy Kandel and it is a total pleasure working with her. She is dedicated to the success of this community and works tirelessly at making living here a wonderful experience.

We have been living in Country Pointe Plainview for more than four years. TOTAL Community Management is the company our community uses to do the day to day operations of the 660 condos. Our experience with TCM has been very pleasant, professional and positive. It starts with David Goldstein, the CEO. He’s very knowledgeable and supportive, we couldn’t ask for more.

These folks are great at providing lip service and bullshit promises. Landscapers chopped the heads off 2 sprinklers leaving a couple of backyard fountains for me. TCM promptly sent one of their brainiacs to look at them after 18 months of continuous complaints about it. An additional 3 months and they were replaced. Collectively, these folks couldn’t gather enough brain cells to run a hotdog stand. Shameless and devoid of any capacity for embarrassment.
