Cindy was nice, but they weren't willing to budge for me. They want things their way only, doesn't matter that you're spending almost 1million dollars. Your money their way.

Wonderful ! The lady at the model home was outstanding and treated me with kindness and was extremely generous with her time. The homes are great too ! Quality build great amenities. Palm Coast is a nice community.

Custom Building process and ownership: 1- Initial contract and deposit was very promising but... Soon diminished by lack of commitment to starting and finishing Home on time. 2 - Exstremely pushy about having a closing even though the house wasn’t finished. Plumber Carpet Tile Trim Painting Electrical Air Conditioning unfinished or incomplete. 3 - After Move in - 6 weeks later still trying to convince them to finish all the items on the punch list. Presently there is a labor shortage but they had 1 yr and 6 months to convey a completed product. The superintendents are great just overwhelmed. I feel for them.
