Their homes are nice but their equipment is a liability, called me out to service a 10+ year old man lift with no annual. It had several electrical issues that led to a failure of the spools and the hydraulic control block. After waiting for months to get the parts, we were able to go out to Kewaydin island and fix the electrical issues with the lift which allowed for us to diagnose the hydraulic control circuits further. They refused to pay for my labor saying that they “already paid for diagnostic” to which I informed them they were correct! They paid for the diagnostic of the electrical circuit. They then had another technician out there that replaced the o-rings in two burnt spool which is both un ethical and un safe. The proper repair is replacement of the control block DO NOT SUBCONT
