Torrey Ridge

I lived here for 1.5years. Not a great place to live for the price. Was paying +$1600 for a 2bd town house built in the 1970's. it's old and the environment felt run-down overall. Gates are always left open and police were always in and out of the complex. Pool by the office was shut down last summer by the city for an overgrowth of bacteria. Laundry rooms were far apart and filthy and the machines were always out of service. My town house has been "renovated" with new carpet/flooring, appliances, and lots of paint. But the buildings and complex still feels old and needs to actually remodeled before they can ask for those kind of prices. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I will say I have not had a bad experience here. I see some reviews posting about trash or bugs etc and I don’t know if it’s because I live near the back of the complex but I haven’t had those issues. Any trash I have seen gets picked up fairly quickly given how big the complex is and they have maintenance all day. The office staff is always very nice and helpful, I usually speak with Maria or Brianna when i do need to call in for something. It’s a gated community which I love and it comes with a small gym with good equipment and I have an assigned parking spot. The only “issue” with the complex is that they do not have washer and dryers in unit and that makes me want the rent to be lower but this is the average rent in Fresno so it’s a give and take.

Not 3 stars but ok place to stay. I have seen better but there are definitely worse. A lot of pools, tennis courts, and play areas. Also a private walk with exercise course and machine weight room w clubhouse. Homeless presence in dumpsters daily. I would not rent here unless I didn't know, or all I could afford. Must visit and weigh the benefits vs the negatives.

Very bad business,they don’t provide you proper information about anything when you give your 30 days notice, the staff working over there is so unprofessional. They whole complex is not even well maintained people breaking cars windows so no safety at all. All they want is money, they’re not gonna explain you anything first and when it comes to dropping off the keys they gonna tell you all kinda stuff make you pay more.

Just moved in and the ac don’t work n we’re already finding bugs. : Update I have been living here for a few years now and its been nothing but constant lies and problems. I’m a full time student and I work full time. My roof has leaked the whole time I’ve lived here. My roof even caved in once because of it. And there was nothing they could do but tell me lies. We’ve had constant bug/AC/ppl braking into our cars/and ppl fighting problems. There is no security and the gate is always broken. I could even forgive all that but there have been cats stuck on the roof for going on 5 days now 5 DAYS!! I can literally hear them crying to death every night. I called and gone in several times and they keep saying the pest control is coming in a few days. I’m literally hearing these cats cry themselv
