I did not feel as if the company put the right amount of work into the appraise of my home. The biggest problem I had was with the comparison property that she used, these properties where not even close to the lot size we have and also the inside improvements that we had done. I made the mistake of paying them before I saw my appraisal. I suggest for anyone that uses this company not pay ahead before seeing your appraisal. When trying to speak with them after I received my appraisal the response I received was exactly as I wrote at the beginning they received there money so best of luck. I do not suggest using this appraisal company.
