Torino Lakes Rental Townhomes

Bianca was amazing from tours to the application process. She really made everything so seamless for move in. I would really make recommend this community and the leasing team, especially Bianca. Five stars all around

Olivia and Bianca are great. Olivia scheduled our tour and showed us the two models they had and both beautiful spaced. The community is quite with exceptional amenities - gym and social center are 24 hours which is amazing since many places are closed after a certain time. So many cute lizards and beautiful flowers around. It’s just beautiful around here in general. Very close proximity to interstate and shopping area. Lots of construction going on but no loud noise that I can hear so that’s a plus.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Torino Lakes apartments. Olivia was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the tour. She answered all our questions patiently and made us feel very comfortable. The apartments are in excellent condition, and everything was perfect. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I’ve had a good experience since moving in, and I really want to recognize the incredible team here. Quintus and Austin, the maintenance guys, have been absolutely awesome. From day one, they’ve been incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. Quintus even came out after hours to fix my AC (which isn’t considered an emergency) but he had the availability, and Austin has been just as dependable… always jumping in to help with anything around the house. Their work ethic and professionalism are goated. I also want to give a big shoutout to Bianca and Olivia in the leasing office.
