Topton Garden Apartments

Kristie has been so wonderful to deal with regarding this moving process! I have never had a smoother move in my life! The property is awesome, quiet area, my cat loves it too! I’m so grateful to have found topton gardens and Kristie and I am so so happy to call this place home!!!!!

Kristie Knowles was absolutely wonderful throughout this whole experience! My spouse & I were in a tough spot with our former residence being sold, and in urgent need of a new home. Kristie was compassionate, timely, communicative, and went above & beyond our expectations of a landlord. She truly is on top of everything and even gave us a welcome basket of goodies when we moved in! She came as a god-send to us in our time of need and I 10/10 would recommend Topton Garden Apartments based on our experience with her. My boyfriend and I were looking to move quickly as rent where we were prior was just too much. Topton Gardens is a very affordable , nice, CLEAN, and quiet place to live. Alyssa, the property manager, is the most kind and professional property manager I have ever dealt with. She helped make the process easy and everything was very clear. She answered all of our questions promptly and worked around my crazy work schedule when it came to meeting up! I would definitely recommend living here! :)

Topton Gardens has been a wonderful place to live. From the beginning, the property manager, Kristie has been welcoming and helpful with anything I need. The surrounding community is a great environment, and is only a short drive away from bigger cities within Eastern, PA. I would recommend looking at Topton Gardens if you are searching for an apartment in the area!

I just wanted to say that this review is based on the level of phenomenal customer service that I received from Alyssa (leasing manager) regarding my inquiry on a one bedroom apartment at this property. Before I visited the property, I had a million and one questions about the property that Alyssa answered immediately. She is so patient. No matter what the question was, Alyssa answered AND I must say in a timely manner. We literally had an email conversation a good week or two before we arranged the viewing of an available apartment.
