We own a beach house in topsail island. Although we have a property manager she really just does the basics . So we looked around and made a decision to have Tim and Slatter check the property monthly! It was a great choice . They carefully inspect the property and have notified me of damage left by renters and doors unlocked . Additionally they change our filters and give us peace of mind . I would highly recommend ! They also have referrals if needed for locals and repairs .

We were stationed in Korea for three years and chose to not rent out our beach house. Tim and his son took great care of our home on North Topsail. They were there when we had storm windows put in, when we had the house painted, and gave us detailed email updates after their bi-weekly inspections (including lots of photos). Took initiative to check on the house post storms and did not wait for the scheduled date. Even changed out our air filters! We are so grateful for their professional and trustworthy service. They helped us keep our peace of mind while being on the other side of the planet.

They also assisted with access for several service providers--one with no notice. The peace of mind this service provided while my wife and I were in another state was invaluable.
