Topiary Park Crossing Apartments

I tried calling Topiary Park Crossing twice last week and left a voicemail both times with no response. Hoping to still move forward, I stopped by during my break to see if I could view a unit or even a model. When I arrived, the leasing agent didn’t seem particularly interested in helping. I mentioned the missed calls and voicemails, and she said something about a new system being the reason they didn’t call back, which just feels like a poor excuse for two main reasons. 1.) based on another review I saw from A YEAR AGO, and have attached below, that’s clearly not true. Someone else had the exact same issue and the phone system excuse just doesn’t add up. 2.)If that was the case, why even offer the option to leave a voicemail? I am a current resident of Topiary Park Crossing. I am happy I moved here!!! Keeping this review short: Location is unbeatable. Topiary park crossing sit Downtown Columbus and is within 15 mins of everything you need. The property is beautiful and is quiet. Like plenty of room to work or hang out with friends. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues. Even Issues that arise after hours. When an issue arises that will take time to fix, frequent updates are given. The property manager at the complex is amazing. Truthfully, she is one of the reason why I decided to move to topiary Park Crossing. The management host event and free entry raffles often. I as a resident have no complaint.

I am a resident of Topiary Park Crossing and LOVE it here! My brother and I were among the first wave of residents to move in, and from the beginning we have been impressed by the open communication of the Property Manager, the quick responsiveness of maintenance, and the really incredible public gathering spaces! The outdoor resident patio especially is top-notch. The Property Manager is incredible - she makes all the residents feel like family and is basically super-human keeping everything running smoothly. The location is also perfect - very walkable to many nearby local attractions.

The exact thing that happened to DJ happened to me. I sold gym memberships years ago; it's the formula they use. " hurry, urgent," "This offer ends today at 5 PM, you must fill out an application by this time to get a free month of free parking". It is one of the oldest sale tricks in the book. I knew that going in, but they are great units. They told me the same thing: if your credit score is < 610, we can sign you up without a free month or parking. They came back with. My score was 575, and they used Transunion. See attached. My score is 623. I asked for documentation of where this 575 came from, and they ghosted me yet took my $300 deposit. They said they would refund it; see the attached file. I never received it. I have emailed them asking were it is at, again, ghosted.

I have been living at Topiary Park Crossing since it opened and cannot recommend it enough! Their rent prices are very reasonable for the location and quality of their units. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely and effective manner, and the building is well cared for. The garden terrace is lovely for reading a nice book and I’ve really enjoyed having a park so close by in the middle of the city. The Columbus Library and Art Museum are less than a 10 minute walk away. There have been small hiccups being that the building is brand spankin new but the property team has navigated them with grace and concern for their tenants above all else. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable living here. Neighbors are wonderful and their property manager, Nicole, is the absolute bes
