We are 110% pleased with Miami and how she handled the selling of our house. She was awesome. From beginning to end she was very professional, reliable, informative, knowledgeable and really helpful. This is our second time using her. I would highly recommend her.

Scheduled an appointment to see a home. When I arrive no one was there. I called and texted the realtors but no response until 15 minutes after the appointment time. The realtors said she was caught up with another client and asked to reschedule later in the day despite confirming the appointment 2 hrs prior. What a waste of an hour on my day off. Extremely unprofessional and rude!

i live in a gated community with the property rented out to topaz, i have called multiple times to get my access card from them or to fill out the forms so that i can get in and out of my apartment that i am rending and paying for. they did not provide my key to the mailbox and had to pay for that my self and when i got to the apartment it was disgusting, they also would not return any of my calls or e-mails and i always go straight to voice mail. this is a shoddy company and i can only believe that the other 5 star reviews are form themselves working there posting fake accounts.

Absolute worst company . Real estate agents rented us a house thats completly not to code, plastic window, stove shocks us , plumbing has been backed up since we moved in . They havent fixed it its been 2 months without the proper appliances to accomodate habitable living conditionS. We have flies from the backed up septic system. they dont respond and now ignore all the phone calls ans messages we left. Our only legal option is to withold rent u til they decide they want to fix it. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TI ANYONE , BUNCH OF SHITTY BUSIMESS PRACTICES AND SUPER SHADY PEOPLE IF YOU ASK ME .. AFTER MOVING IN WE GOUND OUT PEOPLE WERE SHOT AND THE HOUSE WAS A DRUG HOUSE , AND WHEN WE ASKED THEM THEY ACTED LIKE THEY HAD NO IDEA . I HAVE 4 KIDS AND I CLEARLY STSTED WE NEEDED A HOME

Do not do it they have you sign a contract and not even explain it to you especially if you don't speak English they force the contract and lie then when you find out they admit wrong but won't let you out of the contract. Unprofessional unlawful and disgrace
