Top of the Hill Apartments

The parking situation is diff for me. I am 84 yrs old & would love a reserved space. I have lived here for 40 yrs. Also, maintenance is often slow to respond. A young man named Frank is good to me-regarding repairs. & I love Dennis. He keeps the place looking GOOD!!

The technician came very promptly. He was pleasant, respectful, and got the job quickly ! I could not have asked for more

I've been living here for 3 years now. It started out great! Close to a lot of places. Lively area. It was perfect for me. At the time rent was $1215/mo for my 1 bed 1 bath unit. I felt it was pretty reasonable given the area. It has since increased from when I started living here. It does once a year. Unfortunately, over the last couple months, my living experience here has been fairly lackluster. While my rent is lower since I've been here, rent for a new 1 bed 1 bath is $1610/mo at the time of writing this. I've had issues with my toilet backing up into my shower with every "fix" being temporary. When I asked to negotiate my current rent due to my living situation, my concerns about my unit were pretty much ignored and I was told my unit is already $200 under market value and cannot be

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! It's full of brash ukrainians, they don't care at all that there are other families living below them and they don't want to deliberately take this into account. Their children play in the apartments all day, jump, throw objects on the floor, scream, stamp their feet. This whole nightmare starts at 6:30am, god forbid if you work from home and their kids are for some reason in them for the whole day, just forget about being able to stay focused in your work, let alone rest. Your only escape will be to live on the top floor, but then think about whether you are ready to pay high bills because of the summer heat because your air conditioner will have to work 24/7.management is atrocious. Don't rent here! Office personnel nice but useless. Several times a year, No Water. Can't take a shower, brush your teeth or make a cup of coffee. Bad response to maintenance calls. Ceiling caved in with water pouring over furniture due to slow response to a leak. Office doesn't follow up after writing complaint. Some issues take years to correct. Cars towed by incompetent tow company. Parking after 6pm atrocious.
