After moving out, they refused to return my full deposit of $3,600 and came up with false charges to keep my money. They actually charged me $1,100 just to paint two rooms, which is outrageous. Painting is normal wear and tear, not damage, and definitely not worth anywhere near what they claimed. The entire process felt like a scam. I left the property in good condition, followed all requirements, and still ended up being taken advantage of. Instead of returning what was rightfully mine, they kept thousands of dollars through made-up and inflated charges. This company clearly preys on tenants by withholding deposits and making up reasons to keep the money.
