Tool Cedar Trails

These are great four plexes. But, Lord forbid, you have an emergency. I have called the office, to talk to the Mgr. Since the week before Thanksgiving, on a leak under my kitchen sink. Talked with her on Wednesday again, she said they would be out Thursday at 2pm I called her back at 2:15, she said she would call and find out. Never heard back from anyone. I called the Emergency number, and no one would answer the phone. This is no way to run a business, in my opinion. They evidently do not care about repairs. Soon, they will have to replace cabinets, and flooring. You would think, Management would be more Responsible. Just Saying. This is a place to write Reviews, Good and Bad, Correct?

I called in July of this year and it was a Miracle that someone answered the phone !! I was told at that time they had no vacant units available and that I could get on the waiting list and I did but I have yet to get answer as to how long it will take . Left voicemail I have left numerous messages and I can’t get anyone to call me back. I just wanted to know how many are ahead of me… But I hear Nothing. I even drove down there today at about 2pm just to see if I might speak to someone, No one is there . I desperately need a low income home . I don’t know if I’m even on the list… I work for Dollar General part-time and I’m in Seven Points. I would appreciate it if someone could please help me out Thank you and God Bless 🙏

Carmen is awesome. I spent the last two weeks going back and forth trying to get my mom in and she finally did her move in today and I’m so happy. She helped me get into Ennis Trails and my mom in Tool Cedar Trails. Her office is always busy but she def makes time for us all. Thanks Carmen

Nothing but amazing positive words for this complex. Carman is amazing. She helped my mother get in her unit really fast no hoops and no hurdles. I really appreciate her. This is a new property and I must say my mother will enjoy living out her days here.

I loved it but the lady when you need her is never there. I put in a 2 month notice to move and the office manager told me I would get my deposit back. That was 2 months ago now their not answering phone.
