Tongue & Groove

Tongue and Groove performed the remodel on my new office building. I allowed Mark and his team to make most of the paint, carpet and hardware selections. The design was modern, functional and looks great. More importantly, the finished product came in at budget, and the finish work is perfect. I could't be happier.

Tongue and Groove built my home in 2014. Mark Batson is an excellent salesman. However he lacks follow through and oversight. He seems to really enjoy the design end of things but the actual nuts and bolts of the construction process is not his strength. For our build he basically made up estimates, and he confessed that to me when I pressed him for why costs of our windows were so much more than he had estimated. Subcontractors messed a lot of things up - insulation, HVAC, paint, leaks, improper venting, wrong types of doors, exterior walls that weren't insulated etc. Four years later we are still trying to fix things.

It was almost 10 years ago that we chose Mark to do a total remodel of a 1980's house. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. His ability to solve designs issues, his commitment to helping us make the right choices and his concern that we liked the results helped us through the 10 months process. Bottom line, if I were remodeling or building again, he would be the one. FS

I have work with Mark several years now and each house he builds amazes me with the details he puts into each house. Awesome craftsmanship!

Office secretary rude on the phone, wouldn't recommend. Hung up the phone because she knew she couldn't do the work and cut me off at the end. No sense in that, thought you guys were better than that.
