I’ve been renting with this company for almost 5 years now . Never been a disappointment to my family . Manager and staff are very kind and Loyal . It was our first apartment and we never regret any moments in it , thank you again Deni and your team for the Love and Kindness you guys gives to my family . Mahalo

They claim that the property is for rent across from Queens day treatment. This has not been confirmed at all. For $600, the rent might be too high. Need to share a kitchen and bathroom with all the renters on the same door. I was told there too much people, drugs in streets, homeless in streets. So anyways the property manager did not promptly return any of my calls.

DO NOT rent from this company. They overcharge you for their locations and then deduct from your security deposit for damages that already existed even if you leave the place in pristine condition. Do not trust them!

Extremely unprofessional way of showing properties. You view the property as an open house with 40 plus additional potential renters. After you have your back ground check completed and credit report pulled, (through their system only,) you are then submitted as a potential renter along with everyone else’s packet for the owner to decide who they want as renters. It is not first come first serve. And the criteria to rent from them is not outlined whatsoever. You will have your credit report pulled though with a high chance of not receiving the property.

I would give them a zero stars if Google would let me. We never got a final walk through before moving into their unit. Which is illegal according to multiple people I’ve talk to about my situation with them. A lot of repairs that should have been finished were not done, such as a closet door not being able to slide on the track. Two of our windows don’t work, one is rusted open and another won’t open at all. They wanted to charge us for these repairs because “we waited so long to have them done.” I’m not going to take time off of work, use one or both of my days off in a week to sit around waiting for repairs to be done that should have been completed in the first place or worse yet have some unattended stranger in my home with all my belongings there. Yeah, no thanks. When we initially s
