Deserves 10 stars! Absolutely fantastic experience with Tom as our listing & selling agent. I chose Tom after seeing him sell a friend's home. For us, Tom acted as general contractor, move advisor, junk hauler & great negotiator. He facilitated speedy sale (over listed price!), remodeled kitchen to open floor plan, repaired switches, installed fixtures, assisted painters/carpeters when we were out of town and even watched our pet bird. I can't begin to list the extra work he did to prep home & aid in move, nor yet the TONS of items he transported when movers could not. Found us the perfect home, negotiated price & challenging issues with sellers to perfection. Referred me to excellent loan officers & is very aware of market in area.
