I have been renting from Tom since late 2020. As a disabled veteran I am in a wheelchair and Tom went out of his way and out of his own pocket to handicap proof the house for me. He widened doors raised floors so they were even, and even redid a bathroom so I had a wheel in shower. If I have any issues it is just a a quick phone call and it gets fixed 9/10 in just a few days. If it requires more time he lets me know and at most it’s a week for it to get fixed. I even had my ac go out in the middle of summer a few years back and his guy came out on a Sunday and replaced the whole unit for me. Highly highly recommended Tom as a landlord.

Tom has been one of the best landlords I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. He is extremely responsive whenever there has been an issue that needed to be fixed and he is always willing to go above and beyond help out. My only regret is that I did not find out about him sooner because I probably would have been a tenant of his since the beginning of my stay in Tallahasse.

Rented from Tom Harrington Properties for almost 3 years now, excellent business. You can tell they really care about their renters.
