Tolley Community Management

I had the pleasure of working with Misty Weslowski at Tolley Management during a large townhome deck replacement project. Misty was organized, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly with the Board and ensured decisions were made efficiently, which kept the project moving smoothly. Property managers like Misty make complex community projects far more manageable. I look forward to working together again in the future.

We are writing this review to recognize Christopher, our community manager(The Reserve). We had an emergency at our home that caused our yard to be out of HOA standards. I can't rave enough about Jeremiah Dickson, a Community Manager with Tolley, who's handling our association's account. He's been the most responsive, professional, action-oriented, customer service-driven manager I've ever seen. I hope he stays our manager for a very long time. Jeremiah, you get my five stars!

Christopher "Chris" Walts was assigned to our HOA community and had absolutely NO IDEA what he was walking into. We were a community without a vote for 15+ years. At his very first annual meeting, introducing himself to the neighborhood, our then "president" stepped to the side and gave back the neighborhood as long as 3 of us stepped up. Myself and 2 others took office (with massive prompting and neighbors asking us to) and immediately scheduled another meeting to be held for a vote to be cast to validate the election. This was extremely important for us, and it was absolutely out of principle. Amidst the transition, the previous board members refused to be of any help in any way. We had to scramble to figure out a failing key card system (that we even had to pressure to acquire the HOA

We had a main sewage line emergency repair and the contractors had to dig up 75% of the front yard and remove part of my walkway. The total time for all repairs was almost 4 months. My yard was a mess but Christopher Walts, one of the community managers was very understanding and showed a lot of empathy for what we were dealing with. Not having to worry about notices to take care of something we couldn't at the time was big relief for us. Thanks Chris for giving us a bright spot during a time where it was difficult for the family.
