They have a good showroom, however, the whole experience was terrible. The designer/person who was helping us was unprofessional, didn’t know the information correctly and got confused/made mistakes with our selections, seemed to be in a bad mood, and was rushing us. When talking to neighbors, I realized that we were not offered the same options. There was also limited flexibility with the available times, so it’s hard if you have a full time job and/or have to drive from far away, which was our situation.

We went to get our selections for a new build this year, and I could not have been more happier with the selections we made!Erika was an incredible guide to us in navigating our style, while staying true to what was available and what we could achieve. There are plenty of options to choose from if you’re willing to take the time and understand how to achieve what you’d like, the end result could be that you’re really happy with what you can make out of your home! We are extra attentive to details and care about how a home should look from the ground up, Erika empowered us with selections that fit the bill! The only feedback upwards to Toll design operations at the corporate level is the lack of customization of packages that are offered or the flexibility in selection. We got most of what
