First off, let’s talk about the hiccup – the constructor manager had a bit of a slip-up with the lot number. Yep, you read that right. They started construction on the wrong lot! Beside that, there was a four-month freeze off construction process, a lot of issues and concerns that were sometimes addressed, sometimes no. Needless to say, we were not thrilled. But hey, every cloud has a silver lining, right? Once they swapped out the manager, things started to look up. The new manager was like a breath of fresh air. Never buy from toll brothers!!! If you have outstanding issues after you close they will not come back at 11 months and fix them. They will just give you the runaround, especially if you get the pleasure of working with Doug who is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with. I don’t know how they keep this guy employed.
