Toll Brothers at Walsh

Prices for the homes are higher than expected and the have thousands of homes on top of each other. If the lots were larger and the homes spaced out it would be better. Or if they had smaller single story homes it wouldn't seem so crowded. Location is great if you are not a house next to the railway tracks.

Actually 0 ⭐️....the absolute worst...I've always lived in HOAs and they have something to offer the residents but Viridian thinks about how to use/capitalize the residents to their benefit. They don't career about the community, absolutely terrible customer service.

This is a very high class place to live probably one of the most premier places in Tarrant County you must have very very very Deep Pockets to live here they have their own school there on the property they have a lake they got a bocce ball place an open field I guess just to play volleyball or whatever it's just a really Premier place to live but like I said you have to have Deep Pockets
