Todd Homes did an excellent job of personalizing a new house construction for us in the country. Todd and Michelle both kept close contact with us to make sure we were informed and able to make the best selections for a unique home tailored to us. We will definitely use them again in the future!!

I was under contract to purchase a rental property from Todd Carnes in College Station. We agreed to a price and had a signed contract. After three days, Todd called me to tell me that his wife was furious with him for accepting a contract on the property because she thought the price was too low (we offered a fair price and showed them that we offered above the comparable properties on $ / sq ft, $ / room, and gross rent multiple).
