Todd helped my wife and I sell our home in a buyer's market. He was excellent to work with, from start to finish. Since we were out-of-state, Todd went above and beyond to make sure our property was maintained and in good selling condition. He is personable, responsive, and reliable. His communication with us, potential buyers, and the buyer was always clear and timely. I would absolutely recommend Todd to any person looking to sell their property.

Todd was extremely helpful and patient working with my wife and I to locate a property for us in Raleigh. We searched for a very long time, (a couple years), to find a house that had some very specific features that we needed in the area of Raleigh where we wanted to live. Todd took the time to learn our preferences and stuck with us until we finally found what we needed. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He loves being a realtor and it shows! Definitely recommend.

Contemplating a move from Florida to the Raleigh/ Wake Forest area back in 2023, we were introduced to Todd when we started our home search. He showed us multiple homes without a Realtor contract (before the new law) and there wasn’t any pressure to sign one before he started showing us homes either. This impressed us right away and the time he initially spent with us exceeded our expectations as well. Ultimately we put our search on hold, however Todd still stayed in touch with us knowing we may not move to the area. Fast forward to 2025, we sold our home in FL and decided to relocate to Charlotte, NC, but ultimately realized that Wake Forest was better suited for our lifestyle, therefore reached back out to Todd again. Without hesitation, he picked up right where we left off in 2023

He also chose to make himself available for any listing I desired to see (he even made a personal visit to one property to check on cosmetic details on my behalf so I didn’t have to make a personal trip over the Christmas holidays).
