Building a home can be a very stressful. We were so grateful to have a positive experience with Todd Hill Homes. Todd was great to work with and he has the absolute BEST project managers. We primarily worked with McCray Royal and I would never want to build a home without him. He has a wonderful temperament, is a great problem solver, very thorough, and has high standards for quality work and attention to detail. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
Love their house design. They built our dream home. Unfortunately they stopped caring about us once they got their check. They never followed thru on the biggest one year warranty punch list item and still to this day are fighting with them to fix it. They improperly installed flashing and Stucco on one section of our home and now we get occasional leaking during heavy blowing rainfall. Disappointed to say the least.
Excellent custom home building experience with Todd and McCray. I would highly recommend them.
