The experience we had was ehh. The part that the gentleman finished was nice but didn't finish the whole deck. We bought the material we were told to buy per the company plus a little extra for a one day project. While my husband went out to buy the extra material the man asked for, he received a call notifying him that the workers would be leaving at 5PM. We were notified about the extra material needed at around 4:30PM. We were then told that they could come back but would have to charge a extra half day of labor to finish the project.

Remodeling with TMS Homes, specifically Hidalgo Epaminondas Nunez (the owner) who did the work in our house, was the absolute worst experience we have had with a contractor. Irresponsible Many days, Nunez would not show up to work and many days when he did, he was late by at least 2-3 hours. Despite us keeping track of tasks to complete that day as he repeatedly failed to deliver or would simply quit working after a couple of hours of work. It took him nearly 1.5 months to come even close to finishing the remodeling of this tiny bathroom (he quoted us a max of 2.5 weeks at worst, and no complications did occur). He gave us a very good estimate but left after working a couple of days. He doesn't pick up my calls. Now looking for another contractor...just sad.

They were very quick professional and good quality of lumber wood. I will call then again for more work. This year thank you TMS HOMES INC
