We absolutely love our new TLC home. I can’t say enough good things about their team, their workmanship, and the care they take with every detail. I would give them a 10 if I could. In no time, we had our house. We were happy that we were able to customize our new home to get just what we wanted. They guided us through the entire process and we’re impressed by how much value (and house) you get for the price. The whole team is so friendly and knowledgeable and you couldn’t ask for a nicer and more expert front office. They get high grades for communication, which is so important for a job like this. We didn't end up buying a home from TLC because our lot wasn't conducive to delivering a home to it, but the hour and a half we spent there was very pleasant. They gave us a tour of a model under construction and were courteous and up front about everything. I thought the construction of the model was solid. They are busy so we wouldn't have received a home for a year, but if the lot we have would have accommodated it, we would have purchased one. Jack
