Great place to rent from! Lived in one of the TLA properties for 3 years and I have no complaints. Kaitlyn was a good landlord and always took care of us as tenants.
Kaitlyn is very unprofessional and has blocked me without returning, at least some of, my security deposit. She forced me to move out of my apartment because of noise complaints after 1 month when I can hear my neighbors cough when I would lay in my bed at night. Told me she would let me know how much of my security deposit I can get back in 30 days and it is beyond that. She was never able to respond while I was living in the apartment, completely ignored my questions. I am blocked on Facebook and text. I believe she has tried to take advantage of me because I am young. I do NOT recommend speaking to this woman. Extremely rude.
We rented from TLA properties and had a positive experience. Rent is easy to pay right on line, they are prompt responding to inquires and move out was seamless. Thank you!
