We recently used this venue for an event and had a great experience overall. At first, we were a little hesitant because we had heard concerns about the surrounding neighborhood, but it ended up being a really good choice. The space itself was very spacious and worked perfectly for our group. Throughout the event, nobody bothered us and everything felt calm and organized. The security staff was especially helpful and made us feel safe and supported the whole time. They were attentive and professional, which made a big difference. Overall, the venue worked out really well for us, and we’re glad we chose it. It provided a comfortable space for our event and the staff helped ensure everything ran smoothly.

Well now, let me tell you about my sojourn at 145 Leavenworth. This modern marvel stands tall in the Tenderloin, a neighborhood as colorful as a patchwork quilt stitched together with equal parts grit and grandeur. The building itself is a testament to contemporary ingenuity, adorned with nods to the past—like a melody from Miles Davis echoing the days of the Blackhawk jazz club. Stepping inside, I found a snug abode, made all the more spacious by a Murphy bed that vanishes quicker than a cardsharp’s sleight of hand. The place is kept in shipshape condition, and with the windows closed, it offers a sanctuary from the city’s lively clamor, much like a riverboat cabin just out of earshot of the poker table. If you enjoy being jolted awake at 1 a.m., 2 a.m., or even 3 a.m.—depending on when your neighbor gets home—by their door-slamming marathon and midnight vacuum “rave,” congratulations, you’ve found your dream apartment! 🎉 They make noise so consistently at night you’d think they might die if they did it in the morning. Property management? Absolutely useless. They’ll ignore every message, every suggestion, and every complaint like it’s their full-time job. Packages vanish, important mail gets stolen, and no one cares. If you value your sleep, your sanity, or your belongings — stay far, far away from this dump!!!!

Bernard was amazing in describing and showing this property to my husband and myself! He took the time to throughly answer all of our questions and pointed out the different apartment options and the building amenities. We immediately began the application process at the end of our tour and are so excited for our daughter to be a part of this beautiful community!

One star is too generous, but they would not let me post 0!! I moved into the building 2years ago and have seen a steady decline. One elevator is always out of service. At the time of this writing, the control panel is malfunctioning on the, one working elevator. I live on the seventh floor and the elevator won't take me to the fourth floor to do my laundry. The trash compactor is always broken, causing trash to pile up in the trash rooms. The wiring in my apartment is terrible, I had to devise a system to be able to run two appliances at once. Security is terrible, one of the couches and a chair were stolen from the common area on my floor. Packages routinely go missing.The rent collection site Domuso, is also terrible.
