WARNING--STAY AWAY!!! I currently live next door to one of the TJ rental properties. TJ Rental properties has consistently rented this property to tenants (for years!) while being well aware that the property's basement has a sewage leakage issue in the basement of the property that produces a very harsh and toxic fume that has inundated my home--which is adjacent to this property. Despite my many requests to fix the issue, the pleas that I have made because I have young children at home, and the reports to L & I, the property continues to be advertised for rent without any serious attempts to rectify the issue. I say "serious" because in the past (a few years ago) the owner made a bogus attempt to clean the waste sludge that soaked the basement floor, but he has yet to invest in truly fi

I went here last year and this year still couldn’t get a house from them they scam people who are using house assistance programs or house vouchers , charging them 4x to move in a unit home . Texting u from different numbers and place full of old people who barely know what they are doing .I highly do not recommend using them they will scam u. I got hooked up with them from Jackson Rental homes. Terrible experience

They get the most complaints and yet deny people when they have all of the requirements they ask for and doesn’t give no reason in why we were denied

The worst rental experience ever the house are falling apart and they never send anyone to fix it. The roof in my bedroom has leaked 4 time and they never sends anyone to fix it

They advertise stuff and then when you go there they don't even have the properties that you are inquiring about They should take them down after getting tenant's into them They suck🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️😤👎👎
