I am so impressed with Emerald Title Group. I had a complex legal questions on a real estate issue that I could not figure out, even though I’m an attorney myself. My question even involved real estate in another state, Attorney Catherine Greene was immediately available and answered my questions in a clear and direct manner. She was able to provide me direction, she prepared the appropriate documents, and talked me through the pros and cons of the issue. She was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved the same day and the rates were very reasonable. I will absolutely be using Emerald Title Group in the future.
