These guys are terrible and I would not recommend them for anything. I'm a real estate broker and they handled a transaction on my personal refinance. They made multiple errors on multiple documents including recording the wrong lots on the deed. When asked to make the required changes by myself as well as my lawyer we were met with attitude and a multitude of errors on the documents they intended to fix the original errors with. When they finally got the correction right they still had a bad attitude and asked if they were "good enough". If I was the owner of this place I would terminate Georgia Caudle TODAY!
