I am using this page as I cannot have any other way to contact the owners. I want you to be aware of how Kathy Scudder treats your customers. I am using your services for a house that I am buying. Your worker treated me so bad that she went above and beyond of what the word bad customer service is. She screamed at me multiple times and treated me like I am a dog and not a human being. I will be able to tell you in detail what she did if you contact me at any time. I’m taking my time to do this because I know how important is to treat well others in order to keep a good reputation.

I would rather use zero because this company really sucks..I paid up front for my homeowners insurance.And they did not pay it do not use this company. And they do not return your call. I buyer beware!!!

This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. I have sold over 25 properties and never have I experienced problems of calls never returned, money not deposited on time and checks delivered on the porch of the wrong address!!!!

A great title company! Great service, friendly staff, and extremely efficient! We continuously use them for processing and are very pleased with the level of service they provide. Highly recommended.
