It’s unfortunate that I see everyone had such a great experience with this particular company and mine was not as pleasant. I was assisted out the Troy office and the lack of communication and follow up has been very inadequate to say the least. Myself and my realtor has been inquiring day in and day out about an escrow check owed to me that I have yet to receive. I have even had to take the hour drive from my home to the office in hopes that maybe I can get better communication in person and I still got no where. It’s unfortunate that this was my experience and I hope that no one else ever has to deal with begging professionals to pay them money that is owed to them or even struggle with getting someone to follow up regarding any issue or concern.
