Stay away from this company! They are unethical, incompetent, and fraudulent! I sold my home on June 2, They only wanted to do business at their VA location, and wouldn’t let my agent settle things at her MD location. They tried to make me sign the settlement paperwork without the buyer signing his, with no guarantee of when he would sign and when I would receive my money. They tried to charge me extra fees for finally having their MD representative oversee the settlement in MD, where she was already licensed to do so. Eight weeks since the sale, they still have not fully reimbursed me for the escrow account. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my entire career! They are all scammers and have no sense of integrity. They only care about themselves and agents they are in business with and will even lie to protect their partners. I called and spoke to an admin about an agreement that wasn't upheld on their part. Followed up an hour later and they claimed their phones were down and I didn't speak to anyone. Claimed they had no knowledge of the business agreement that was made prior to closing. I would give them less than a one star if I could!!!!!!!!!!

The most unprofessional company in the entire virginia area, their customer service is terrible, negligent with customers. They charge for services that in the end the client (owner) needs to end up doing the work. Your system is always out. Realtors, Loan officer do not close your home buying or selling processes there, you are going to have a lot of headaches. Avoid that !!!! We have been waiting 15 months for the deed of our house to be processed and this is the time that nothing has turned out !!. Worst experience ever!!! Our buyers chose them as their title company and they dragged the entire process out because they wanted to close a month later after our closing date agreement! They did not respond to our Title company's emails either not even on the actual closing date. Then they also tried to make us pay for things that we weren't supposed to. They are by far the most incompetent people we have ever worked with! No I do not recommend them, I recommend to stay away and avoid the frustration, and stress!

Absolutely terrible to work with. They were completely disorganized, messed up our documents multiple times requiring addendums, would not work with us on scheduling then moved our appointment up a day with no notice. We had to call them multiple times after close to be wired our money, which they said would be dispersed the day after the sale, and ended up being several days later.
