Title Bureau

I know its government job, but i really think they should have different hours. For someone who works a "9 - 5" it is very difficult to make time to come here because they are only open when i am working. It would be nice if they were open really early or late 1 or 2 days of the week. Like open til 7pm on Wednesday only for example. It just doesn't make sense why i have to take off work to own a car, which i need to get to work. So i either use vacation, leave when i should be at work, or drive unregistered. I doubt anyone reads these but having 1 day with offset hours would be an absolute game changer.

They need to update their hours. I shouldn't have to waste gas driving over 20 minutes to get there and take care of business after working all day, just to get rejected, due to them not updating their hours. I wouldn't have had to come back so soon if my Title wasn't typed incorrectly. They close at 4:30 p.m., not 5.

Marissa was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The lady taking are passport photo for our 10 month did an amazing job and got the photo done in one shot. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Much appreciated!

Where do I begin?? I have never had such impeccable customer service in my life. Lena(I pray I'm spelling it correctly❣️) is truly a GEM. Title work isn't the funnest thing to take care of and she made the process super easy and efficient:))). I TRULY appreciate her and the services she provided:). I highly recommend this Business 👌.

Well online it states they are open till 5pm my son was there before 4:30pm I just had to get a pic of his. VIN number and sent it to him. My son walked back in and the person said they were closed. What the heck.
