Titanium Homes of Tyler

We bought a home from Titanium Homes to put on our property with the intention of having my in-laws, who both suffer with Alzheimers, live in it. The home was delivered in April. It is now almost November and the home is NOT move in ready. The sales team was great and the house was completely paid for well before delivery, but the people responsible for making it livable have dropped the ball, are unresponsive, and have actually caused more damage. We specifically ordered rails for the back porch, to prevent a couple of Alzheimers patients from a six foot fall. Not only were the rails not installed, we recently found out from the manufacturer that they were never ordered.
