Properties aren't well maintained, maintenance is slow to fix anything. Moved out nearly 6 MONTHS ago and still waiting on our deposit back! At this point they have stopped answering emails. I'd be happy to update my review upon receiving our deposit.
They dont do a great job keeping up with properties. They charge for sewer use but dont send a bill despite laws saying they should. When I first went to pay I was told that despite the fact that they were charging me, they werent ready for me to pay... and they are only open 9-5 so if you work full time you're screwed.
I gave then a 2 week notice before I was moving out its been almost 3 months and I can't get them to give me my deposit back . They keep saying they will call me or setting a date a fail to fulfill the return
