Design is beautiful! The work, not so much! They shouldn’t have let our home leave their lot! Thankfully it can all be fixed! But there are so many issues. Siding too tight, floors not even with trim, tiles cut nasty along with the board under the cabinets. None of the outlet covers are flesh with the walls. None of the cabinets line up.

Truck driver making a delivery....room to park outside gate. They start unloading at 0630. Drive straight through gate, around back of building, and up the other side about 3/4 of the way...you will see a large door and parking pad. Untarp/strap, center yourself in the middle of pad and they'll unload you quick. Friendly and helpful staff

Bought a home from them , had several complaints. They came and fixed some of them.Then Covid 19 came along . I had other issues,but waited to call because of the pandemic. We were 2 weeks out of warranty. Now they won’t come back and take care it. We have windows that won’t stay up, crooked front door, wrong sink in bathroom, kitchen sink leaking, trap improperly installed, had to fix it myself, screws in sliders rusting, has to call and email several times. They ignored me for a week.Once they get your money, they really don’t care about you. My conversation with Mike Perri did not end good. We like our home and the design, service Sucks!

I have tried calling them leaving message after message no one ever returns my calls. We purchased one of their homes in 2011 and it has been a nightmare. Up date three years later I finally get in contact with the service manager and explained that our floor in the kitchen dining area is got numerous spots where the floor in failing. the areas are soft and dipping. My husband went under the house it is dry and all moisture barriers intact. He them cut the linoleum so we could see what is underneath. They didn't use plywood for the sub flooring but some substandard material, You can tell my the video how incredibly soft it is. In fact if one of us were to stomp on it, our foot would go through the flooring. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE USE A MANUFACTURER THAT USES QUALITY MATERIALS IN THE
