I was very happy with the work done by Annmarie at Titan. We needed an appraisal of our parent's house as of the date of death for income tax purposes. Annmarie scheduled a visit to the property and completed the certified appraisal report within about a week of our call to request the work. She was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The report was very detailed and thorough. It was a pleasure dealing with Annmarie, and we are very confident about the quality of her appraisal result. The fee for the services was very fair as well. I would recommend Titan to anyone needing a home appraisal.

Annmarie is a wealth of knowledge that she is willing to share. She is on time, responsive and communicates very well. She is patient and efficient, two qualities I don’t normally see together. If you need an appraisal done, this would be the first phone call I would make!!!
