Tistilal Village

The Building is well maintained and has a great community. Naya staff is super supportive. The onsite manager Jason is always helpful and makes sure Tistilal Village is a place you can call home by keeping it clean, secure and welcoming. I am grateful for my housing and the people who have made it possible for me to move here. :)

I live here alongside my husband and dog. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our community. Tistilal Village is a newly built building with studio-3 bedroom units. It has a park, community rooms and beautiful murals painted within the building. They take extra precautions to keep the community safe using key fobs to access the building. The building is regularly kept clean by a cleaning staff. There are well kept laundry facilities & garbage rooms on each floor along with doggy poop stations located outside which are convenient for my family. Naya, Nara and a property manager are onsite Monday-Friday. Everyone who works in the offices are approachable, very friendly with lots of smiles and resources. My daughter and I have struggled to find a place where we felt safe, and where she could just be herself. My daughter has ADHD and autism, leading to her having at times weird hours. One apartment complex actually gave us the boot because “her excess activity with unreasonably loud footsteps” was too much for my aging downstairs neighbors. Wish this place would have been built earlier, would have saved me a lot of time, money and effort. I could talk all day about it, but this place is awesome. I am happy that it feels like home and that I get to call it home. All staff/employees are a joy to see everyday, especially Jason the property manager. I feel fortunate to have landed at Tistilal Village. The building is beautiful, everything is clean and new and the people on staff such as the site manager, Jason, and Seth, with maintenance, are super nice as well as extremely helpful- above and beyond their job descriptions. It feels really safe and I hope other residents are appreciative and help to keep our new home clean and beautiful.
